Think of the questions your customers ask most frequently and write them here along with the answers.
A: No, the target market of Aviation Property is the mid/low end of the general aviation market (think of the 172 or Bonanza crowd, as opposed to Gulfstream owners). There is more volume, and this is the market we are a part of, so we feel we can successfully identify what will appeal to them. Lastly, we have limited capital and aren't looking to bet the farm on this business. Aiming for the low end allows us to start slowly and see how it goes.
Q: Why aren't you going after the high-end market?
A: The answer is a combination of factors: for one, the high end market generally fly larger aircraft, including jets and large multi-engine aircraft that would require larger runways, limiting the set of properties we could consider. These folks are also willing to pay landing fees at large airports, large taxi bills, and want to be in the absolute premium locations/attractions, which will often not be nearby airports. Thus, the benefits we could provide are less relevant.
